Upcoming Exhibitions, Artist Calls, & Workshops
March 31st is César E. Chávez Day – a day to honor an American farm worker, labor leader, educator, civil rights activist and co-founder of the United Farm Workers (UFW). We continue to be inspired by Chávez’s close connection to the land and his tremendous respect for life and the environment.
In Chávez’s honor, our exhibition “De la Tierra” addresses the things that unite us – hope, change, equality, justice, community, education, creativity, food availability, etc. Exhibition includes paintings, drawings, sculpture, photography, and mixed media work that highlights the connections we have to our communal home, the earth, and to one another.

“If you really want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with him...the people who give you their food give you their heart.” — César E. Chávez
We are collaborating with the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona with a food drive during the run of this exhibition and ask that you please plan to bring in a donation of non-perishable food items. Thank You!
